Appointment Policy

  • We recommend booking appointments at least 1–2 days in advance, especially for weekends and bridal services.
  • Walk-ins are welcome depending on availability, but priority is given to scheduled clients.
  • If you are running late by more than 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service price.
  • Bridal and special event bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot.

Hygiene & Safety

  • All tools and equipment are thoroughly sterilized before and after every use. Disposable materials are used where applicable.
  • Clients with contagious skin or scalp conditions may be politely refused certain services for health and safety reasons.
  • Our staff wear gloves and masks during relevant treatments to ensure hygiene and client safety.

Privacy & Modesty

  • We are a women-only salon. Male staff and male visitors are not permitted in the service areas.
  • All treatment rooms offer full privacy and are designed to respect modesty standards.
  • No photos or videos of clients or staff are taken or shared without explicit consent.

Product Allergy & Patch Test Policy

  • Clients are requested to disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivities before treatments.
  • For certain services such as hair coloring, chemical treatments, and eyelash extensions, a patch test may be required 24–48 hours prior to the appointment.

Payments & Pricing

  • Prices may vary based on hair length, skin condition, or customized services. Exact pricing will be confirmed before service begins.
  • We accept cash, bank transfers, and selected mobile payment methods.
  • Full payment is expected at the time of service. Deposits may be required for bridal packages and group bookings.

Children Policy

  • Children are welcome to accompany mothers but must be supervised at all times for safety and comfort.
  • Services are generally not offered to children under 10 years old unless arranged beforehand.

Service Duration & Timeliness

  • Typical service durations will be shared at booking to help clients plan accordingly.
  • Clients arriving early are welcome to wait in designated areas; late arrivals may have reduced service time or require rescheduling.

Personal Belongings & Liability

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while on salon premises.
  • We do not accept liability for loss or damage of personal items.

Photography & Social Media Policy

  • We respect client privacy and will never post photos or videos without explicit permission.
  • Occasionally, the salon may share photos of the team or salon environment to showcase our services, without revealing client identities.

Refunds & Service Satisfaction

  • All services are non-refundable once completed. However, if you are dissatisfied, please inform us before leaving the salon.
  • We offer complimentary touch-ups or redos within 48 hours where applicable, based on the nature of the service.

Respect & Conduct

  • We maintain a respectful environment for all clients and staff.
  • Disrespectful or abusive behavior will not be tolerated, and the salon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service.
