2. Cleansing and Prep (10–15 minutes)
Hair is washed using high-quality salon shampoos tailored to your scalp and strand needs.
For frizz-prone or chemically treated hair, we use sulfate-free, nourishing formulas. The cleansing process ensures even cutting and prepares your hair for styling. Conditioning is included to improve manageability and softness before the cut.
3. Haircut Execution (20–40 minutes)
Using tools and techniques based on your texture and goals, your stylist delivers a precise haircut suited for your desired outcome. Razor cuts are used for softness; scissors and texturizing shears for volume control or sharp edges.
The method varies depending on whether your goal is volume, thinning, face-framing, or a specific cut like a bob, layers, or fringe. All stylists account for how your hair falls both wet and dry, ensuring your style holds when you wash and style it at home.
4. Blow-Dry & Finishing Style (15–20 minutes)
The haircut is completed with a full salon blow-dry, styled according to your preferences. Whether you prefer sleek straight hair, soft curls, or natural volume, our finishing style helps you leave the salon photo-ready.
We use heat protection and shine-enhancing products to maintain the integrity of your hair and give it a polished finish.
Total service time: Approximately 50–75 minutes depending on hair length, volume, and complexity of the cut.

First-Time Visits

Haircut vs. Style Change
A maintenance cut involves trimming existing layers and ends to keep your shape intact. A style change involves reshaping your haircut — such as adding bangs, changing the length, or switching from one style to another. Style changes may require higher stylist levels depending on complexity.
Booking & Appointments
Appointments are recommended 1–2 days in advance, especially for Level 3 or Director stylists. Walk-ins may be available depending on branch traffic, but we recommend pre-booking to secure your preferred time and stylist.
Aftercare & Maintenance Advice
Our stylists provide after-service guidance tailored to your haircut. This includes product recommendations, heat styling tips, and frequency of trims. Most haircuts maintain shape for 6 to 8 weeks, but layered or bang-heavy styles may need adjustments every 4–6 weeks.
Hygiene & Safety
All tools, brushes, and stations are sanitized between clients. Hair-washing stations and combs are cleaned after every use, and personal care is maintained by all staff throughout your visit.
